All-Inclusive

• The all-inclusive rate that is detailed on your confirmation email will be charged at check-in for the number of people listed on the confirmation.
• The all-inclusive is mandatory for guests traveling without the member.
• Any guest that checks into the resort after 12 AM-midnight due to scheduled flights will pay only 50% of the all-inclusive for the first night. Any arrivals prior to midnight pay the full all-inclusive rate as normal. Applies to Club managed resorts in Puerto Plata.
• The all-inclusive is non-refundable. Should you decide to depart the resort prior to your departure date you will not receive a refund.
• There is a mandatory supplement fee for the nights of December 24th & 31st for each event. 
• Children under the age of 3 are free and children 3 to 11 years old receive 50% off the adult rate. (Applies to Club managed resorts in Puerto Plata.)

Resort Fee

• Guests staying in their own accommodations will be required to pay the following based on the accommodation they stay.
• Tropical, Cofresi Palm, Crown and Residence Suite US$16.00 per person per night.
• Sunrise Suite, Presidential Suites and Royal Suites US$18.00 per person per night.
• Villa’s US$25.00 per person per night.
• Children ages 0-2 are free and children ages 3-11 get a 50% discount off the above rate.

*Resort fees are mandatory for any guest staying in a separate accommodation than the member.
*There is an mandatory extra supplement for December 24 and 31 for the Gala Dinners at the home resort.
